- Any Wagyu Steak portions
- 5 tablespoons of soy
- 3 tablespoons of mirin
- 75g butter
- 2 tbl chopped shallots
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- Pan sear or BBQ the steak until desired temperature. While resting we can make the sauce.
- Bring the Soy and Mirin to the boil in a pan.
- Add the butter and remove from the heat.
- While hot add the ginger, garlic and shallots.
- Serve with whole roasted mushrooms of your choice and cover lavishly with sauce.
