Slow Braised Osso Bucco with Red Wine and Natural Beef Stock
Ingredients
- 2kg x Osso Bucco
- 1 Cup x Red Wine
- 1ltr x Natural Beef Stock
- ½ cup x Flour
- 1 x Brown Onion
- 1 x Carrot
- 4 x Cloves Garlic
- 2 x Celery Sticks
- 2 x Sweet Potatoes
Method
- Lightly coat the Osso Bucco with flour and pan sear until golden brown and colored.
- Dice all the vegetables into 2cm pieces and pan fry.

Place all ingredients in a braising pan or pot and cover with red wine and stock.

Simmer for 3 – 4 hours at 160*C or until tender.
