Ingredients

  • 2kg x Osso Bucco
  • 1 Cup x Red Wine
  • 1ltr x Natural Beef Stock
  • ½ cup x Flour
  • 1 x Brown Onion
  • 1 x Carrot
  • 4 x Cloves Garlic
  • 2 x Celery Sticks
  • 2 x Sweet Potatoes

Method

  1. Lightly coat the Osso Bucco with flour and pan sear until golden brown and colored.
  2. Dice all the vegetables into 2cm pieces and pan fry.
  3. Place all ingredients in a  braising pan or pot and cover with red wine and stock.

  4. Simmer for 3 – 4 hours at 160*C or until tender.
