Free shipping on orders over $300.
For orders under $300 a $15 delivery charge is applied for all areas.
(Extra charges may apply for remote areas outside of our standard delivery routes)
(HVPM does not deliver to suburbs that are outliers on our distribution route's. If HVPM rejects your order on the basis of location, pickup is available from our Rutherford central processing facility).
Delivery dates and details are as below:
- Newcastle & Port Stephens area Monday to Friday.
- Maitland & Singleton area on Monday to Friday.
- Lake Macquarie area Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Sydney (limited suburbs) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Scone, Denman and Muswellbrook on Tuesday & Thursday.
Please use the comments field when placing your order for specific instructions on deliveries. We cannot guarantee to deliver at your preferred time of the day but will do our best to make it convenient for you. If unattended at time of delivery, orders will be left in a secure location.
Safe handling instructions
Your order has been prepared in a licensed meat production facility compliant with all Australian food safety standards.
Food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly.
For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions.
- Refrigerate immediately upon delivery. HVPM does not accept responsibility for unattended orders after delivery.
- Keep refrigerated, or frozen. If frozen upon arrival, thawing in the refrigerator overnight is the safest and best method.
- Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods.
- Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands both before and after touching raw meat and poultry.
- Cook thoroughly to a safe internal temperature.
- Keep hot foods hot.
- Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
