Moroccan Spiced Camel Burgers with Coriander Yoghurt Dressing
Ingredients Burgers
- 1kg Camel Mince
- 4 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 2 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cardamom
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- ½ Onion Finely Diced
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Egg
Ingredients Yoghurt Dressing
- 300ml Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Bunch Coriander
- ½ Lemon Juice
Method
- Add all the burger ingredients and mix well with your hands.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll into desired burger size.
- For the dressing chop the coriander, and mix with the lemon juice and yoghurt.
- Serve your burgers the way you like with desired salads and condiments.
The above recipe can also be used to make meatballs with a spicy tomato sauce that you can serve with cous cous or rice and as a great dry rub to many of your favorite roasts.
