Ingredients Burgers

  • 1kg Camel Mince
  • 4 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cardamom
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • ½ Onion Finely Diced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Egg

Ingredients Yoghurt Dressing

  • 300ml Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Bunch Coriander
  • ½ Lemon Juice


  1. Add all the burger ingredients and mix well with your hands.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll into desired burger size.
  4. For the dressing chop the coriander, and mix with the lemon juice and yoghurt.
  5. Serve your burgers the way you like with desired salads and condiments.

The above recipe can also be used to make meatballs with a spicy tomato sauce that you can serve with cous cous or rice and as a great dry rub to many of your favorite roasts.
